At Flexivera, we are proud to offer FAST & FREE shipping on all orders!

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless delivery experience so you can start your journey toward relief as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We have optimized our logistics to ensure your Flexivera products arrive quickly.

  • United States: 4–9 business days

  • Worldwide: 6–12 business days

Please note: While we aim for these timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather. These factors are beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.

3. Accuracy of Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error, please contact us at support@flexivera.com within 12–24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, Flexivera is not responsible for the loss. In these cases, a reshipment fee may apply.

4. Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed due to external factors (such as courier disruptions or customs clearance), we will do our best to keep you updated. However, Flexivera is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or external logistics issues.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen:

  1. Please contact us at support@flexivera.com immediately.

  2. We will help you file a claim with the courier.

  3. Courtesy Replacement: At our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement for verified lost-in-transit packages. Note: Flexivera is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.

6. Shipping Policy Updates

Flexivera reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined above.
