Damaged or Defective Items At Flexivera, quality is our priority. If your device arrives damaged or has a technical defect, please notify us at support@flexivera.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a brief video of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages If your order hasn’t moved in tracking for more than 30 business days, we will consider the package lost and issue a full refund or a reshipment at no extra cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges Not the right fit? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and like-new condition.
